Refund Policy
30-day hassle-free returns accepted
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Any certificates of authenticity must be included, if provided with your item.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned items cannot be custom, personalized, altered, or sale/final sale items.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Returns should be shipped to the address we provide following your request. Please use a trackable shipping service and retain your receipt as proof of shipment.
Return Shipping & Refunds

Original shipping costs are nonrefundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return is accepted due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. -
If you paid with store credit, your refund will be credited to your store balance.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable, hazardous, or other goods not relevant to jewelry (e.g., flammable liquids, plants, food—if ever sold)
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, request a return as above and specify your exchange preference. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Alternatively, you may return your item and place a new order for what you want.
Abuse Prevention
We proudly offer hassle-free returns, but excessive return requests (more than 3 per customer in a 12-month period) may be subject to manual review or refusal to protect against policy abuse.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as per EU law. To qualify, your item must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt.
